Before booking a hunting trip, we ask all guests to agree to the following guidelines:
Required to sign liability release form and agreement to follow instructions of ranch manager and guides
Obtain current hunting license
Understand a shot taken, is considered a harvested animal

Our ranch manager Kevin Avery lives full time at the ranch and knows every acre of the Alta Vista. He is able to guide you through the brush land for any hunt. We can also connect you with the best guides in South Texas if our ranch manager is unavailable.

STAFF-SERVED MEALS | Between our ranch manager who is a grill master and our wonderful cook, we receive tons of compliments on our meals. We do it all - appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages. We are happy to be flexible with your menu, accommodating for diets, allergies, etc.
SELF-SERVED MEALS | We also have several houses for lodging, each with fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals.
COMBO | You can also split your trip between prepared meals by our staff and self-prepared meals.
