The great-great grandson of W.W. Jones, Kevin is a sixth generation steward of the Alta Vita Ranch. He moved down to the ranch full-time fifteen years ago. He knows all the caliche roads and quail trails of the 34,000 acres. Kevin plays every role from hunting guide to chef to handyman.

Anna is the great-great-great granddaughter of W.W. Jones, which makes her a seventh generation Texan. She assists her father, Ranch Manager Kevin Avery, with bookings, marketing and communications.

Ale, Kevin’s wife, is an administrator in the ranching operation. She oversees the kitchen, housekeeping and booking. Ale has greatly improved on the interior design and ambiance of all the houses. She will make sure you feel right at home.
